So, what’s the big deal?

It’s going to happen in Rome, in Piazza della Rotonda (near the Pantheon) on the 17th February 2013, at 2:00 pm. Guest of honour is the man himself (well, someone good enough to step in his shoes) and could be one of the best performances you will ever experience in your life. The settings are stunning, the performers of the highest calibre and the whole artistic performance guaranteed to be unforgettable!

Did we wet your appetite? Be sure to be there and you won’t be disappointed.

Here is some more info:

Corelli’s compositions mark an epoch in the history of chamber music.
His influence was not confined to his own country. Johann Sebastian Bach studied the works of Corelli and based an organ fugue (BWV 579) on Corelli’s Opus 3 of 1689. His compositions are distinguished by a beautiful flow of melody and by a mannerly treatment of the accompanying parts.

Let’s revere the great artist!
